Brendon WALSH
Brendon Walsh established his knack for making people laugh back in 2004 by winning the “Funniest Person in Austin”, and he was voted “Best Stand-Up Comedian” in the Austin Chronicle’s “Readers Poll” the two years following. This Philadelphia native hit the comedy scene in 2004 and appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” later that year as his original character “Scary Monster.” In 2006, Walsh appeared on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” and on season 4 of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.” Continuing his quest to comedy greatness, Walsh took the stage at Famecast.com and earned himself the distinguished “Famecast Comedy Phenom” and a $10,000 grand prize. In 2008, Walsh was named one of the “Top 10: Emerging Comedians” on AskMen.com and was featured in the “New Faces” Showcase at the “Just for Laughs” Comedy Festival in Montreal. Most recently, Walsh sold a scripted pilot “Crowded Apartment” to SpikeTV and has appeared on “WTF with Marc Maron” and “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
